Please Note in Accordance with Section 42-46-6 (b) the Council and/or Planning Board May Review, Discuss and/or take Action on the following items:
1) Discussion on potential amendments to the Zoning Ordinance regarding Commercial Cultivation of Medical Marijuana
a) Advisory Opinion provided by the Planning Board to the Town Council on Commercial Cultivation of Medical Marijuana
b) Authorization by the Town Council to direct the Town Solicitor to draft the proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance regarding Commercial Cultivation of Medical Marijuana
