In order to register to vote in Richmond, you must:
- Be a United States citizen
- Be a resident of the town of Richmond
- Be at least 16 years old (You must be at least 18 years old to vote)
- Not be in a correctional facility upon a felony conviction

Be advised:
- In order to cast a ballot in an election, a person must be registered to vote at least 30 days prior to the election
- Voter registration forms should be printed, completed and mailed or delivered to Richmond Town Hall located at 5 Richmond Townhouse Rd., Wyoming, RI 02898. Emailed forms will not be accepted.
